Shackles are used in lifting operations and static systems as removable links to connect (steel) wire rope, chain and other fittings. Screw pin shackles are used mainly for non-permanent applications.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- -20°C up to +200°C
- Hot dipped galvanized
- Bow and pin high tensile steel, Grade 6, quenched and tempered
- Meets performance requirements of federal specifications RR-C-271 D Type IVA
OPTIONS:
- Screw pin shackles can be hot dipped galvanized, electro-galvanized, painted, or self colored, depending on its application.
